My story
I'm an award winning water photographer based on the west coast of Ireland, where I focus on capturing the raw beauty of the ocean, waves, and surf. As a woman working in and around the sea, I spend winter months immersed in the cold Atlantic, photographing rare and powerful moments from within the water. In the summer, I open up FÍS Fine Art — a small gallery I designed and converted myself from a 1960s horse box trailer, with the help of my dad, brother, and partner. My dad hand-painted a wave mural on the side, and I named it FÍS, meaning "vision" in Irish. It's now set up on Mullaghmore Pier, right next door to our little barrel sauna business, Blaze It Sauna, which I run with my partner.
The gallery is a space to showcase and sell my ocean prints alongside my dad’s original oil paintings — a mix of family, art, and Atlantic spirit. I also offer freelance photography services to small businesses, with a focus on affordable, sustainable visual storytelling. I’ve lived in a quiet coastal town on Ireland’s west coast since I moved here at sixteen, and everything I create is rooted in this place I now call home.
